全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)關(guān)于我國加入《承認(rèn)及執(zhí)行外國仲裁裁決公約》的決定

第六屆全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第十八次會(huì)議決定：
中華人民共和國加入《承認(rèn)及執(zhí)行外國仲裁裁決公約》，并同時(shí)聲明：
（一）中華人民共和國只在互惠的基礎(chǔ)上對在另一締約國領(lǐng)土內(nèi)作出的仲裁裁決的承認(rèn)和執(zhí)行適用該公約；
（二）中華人民共和國只對根據(jù)中華人民共和國法律認(rèn)定為屬于契約性和非契約性商事法律關(guān)系所引起的爭議適用該公約。
